I was skeptical about this gym at first because I didnt see much equipments but after joining I realised that this is the best gym in the area. Its has AC, locker facility, separate changing room for women and men, shower, washroom, equipments are more than enough for all body parts, they recently added the biggest missing item that is the squat rack. On top of that their are various accessories like resistance bands, belts, kettlebells, yoga mats, boxing gloves, battle ropes. Trainers are good enough and dont bug you if you want to workout alone. Also theres an extra charge if you want personal training. Ambience is pretty good and its quite spacious unlike its neighbouring competitors.
A well equipped gym with amazing trainers who help you achieve your fitness goals.. They train you hard enough so that you loose or gain muscles fast. Highly recommended. I have trained under Sayok (Biman) and he is simply the best.

I took quarterly membership along with my brother after receptionist convinced me that they are very particular about there clients. They even check if someone is absent however nobody till date called to check why we didn't turn up . Now sceptical about rejoining the same place.
They will dupe you off your money, they have no regard for client money. Lost 10k with them, and PT classes costs more than the quarterly gym fee. The machines are of bare minimum quality. Also, the owner, Mark is illiterate in his dealings and the receptionist is even more useless than a full garbage can
