Quite place. Good to spend morning and evening hours. Evening 5 pm to 7.30 pm people gathered to pass time. Parents and elderly come with children. Secured place as security is provided by the BHEL. In the morning lot of people going for walking use to come here for relaxation. Good place to spend time.

It is a good place but some unwanted things where there.

Quiet and peaceful, only for BHEL employees though. Not really a park where you can sit, but you can take a walk inside.

No street light. Very difficult to identify the Flats in particular during night time
