Average room quality. AC doesn't work to cool the room. No room service Hotel - no cleaners, no cooks. Only cooked items are available e.g. Vada, Idli, Upma, Tea/ Coffee. Located on the highway 1/2 km from BS.

Under Rs. 1500/- a day, this hotel is fine. However, the hotel incharge must check and work on to remove tiny cockroaches in rooms. There are many and comes out from under the bed when lights are off. Location is good which is on main road so try to take rooms which are away, else the trucks-vehicles noise in night will make sleep difficult. Restaurant is there and serves both veg and non-veg food. You have a tea & restaurant stall just near to hotel and you can enjoy good south Indian food.

I visited restaurant for dinner. It was good place to have veg and non-veg dishes. It serves alcohol too but have seperate isolated section for families. Definitely i will recommend this restaurant for family dinner/lunch. I felt, all dishes are little costly as compared to locality and place

The B S Power hotel was not customer friendly hotel staff was very rudeness behaver with customers and also the rooms were not clean once the lights were off cockroaches will come out. all time we have to ask for room cleaning, water, and other materials ask in the reposition. it's not a good hotel for staying.

It was worst experience we went very much with expectations but they are disappointed We expected chicken fried rice But we got chitranna We expected kulcha but we got chapati Chicken kholapur = goddu kara Dragon chicken = tasteless See our review save your money

The upkeep of the hotel needs a major fillip by the management. The room needs to be cleaner and the washroom also needs to be much cleaner. The balcony was completely covered by glass negating the very purpose of it. The ac did not serve the purpose so we had to use the fan also at full speed. Surprisingly Room service is not provided. We had to go to the restaurant we were told. The only reason for giving two stars is that the staff were very polite in dealing with us.

Delayed response and delayed service. Felt bad about recent experience. Food Not at all good at present after cook change and renovation. No regular items in menu are available at the hotel.. Very bad service

These people, neither Cashier, nor the waiter knows how to treat customers. They feel they know everything and customer is a fool. They feel customer will eat n pay whatever they serve. The taste is nothing special. On top of it, when you tell the taste is not good. They will say,its good. They dont care for customers,they care only for money. They need to be trained on Hospitality Service.
