Awesome, services by the hospital. Specially in perspective of patients. The motto is Life matter. I have seen such dedication in the staff to save individual by doing anything. Really appreciable. Kudos to guys. Keep up the good work. . Hospital have a Perfect blend of light and air that is necessary for patients as well.
I was here with a 80 year old patient, she not only misbehaved with her but keep billing her for the worst service I have ever seen. Dr. Pawan Bansal is mannerless. The experience was a nightmare. Please don't go here even in emergency.
Hospital is considered to be a place where counselling of the patients is more important than cure. Patients are already fed up of their illness and if the doctors behave in a rude unsympathetic & unprofessional manner then morale of the patients further goes down. I had this experience in this hospital. Dr Bansal hardly proved to be a doctor of any help. He speaks in such a harsh and rude language enough to frighten a patient. Mere investigations are not enough. How you treat your patients is more important. Doctor needs to inculcate a feeling of belongingness, a human touch in himself. I rate this hospital very low.
Of course, it is a very comforting experience to get treated at the B.S heart care, KKR with its caring, amiable, co -operative and soft spoken medical and paramedical staff. Hospital is very clean and hygienic. Corona protocol used in sitting area. Overall best hospital in Kurukshetra.
Poor and worst experience. Money matters hospital. Staff is illiterate. One person named Chander shekhar is mannerless . The way of treatment is unprofessional . There is no benifit in complaining to anyone because management and doctors are also like them.
