The hospital is neat & clean... The doctors' & nurses' behaviour is good & helpful... They can treat a critical patient successfully

This is a Railway hospital only for railways employees and their families. Railway exam's medical test is done here for RRB NTPC and JE etc. Easiest way to reach here is to reach sealdah station. It is just 5-7 minutes walk from sealdah station. They call you at 8 in the morning for medical examination but you have to wait till 12 at noon. Medical tests take all your day. I came here at 8am and it's going to be 6 in evening. Medical examination staff is good and cooperative.

Worst possible healthcare provided in this hospital. The doctors are reluctant and have immense attitude and behaviour problem, tests take days before results are given. My grandmother expired due to extreme negligence of this hospital. She got admitted due to low haemoglobin, stayed there for 20days. Got jaundice in the last 5 days of stay and expired a in a very very painful way. The Aya and nurse behaviour is pathetic. Extreme negligence of the doctors, Aya, nurse, pathology, hospital management has not been able to diagnose jaundice, where patients eyes and limbs are visibly yellow for 5 days. She was diagnosed only on the last day. In the last moment doctors performed some dubious surgical procedure (in the name of removing water from her body), after which she expired within hours. Also, they will ONLY put patient in ICU just few hours before expiry.

No politeness from the hospital staff end,very arrogant.The Hospital superiendent should give routine round to control the system properly. cleanliness is definitely good. Lot's of negligence in patients care which is the main moto.

B. R. Singh Hospital is named after Baba Ramrik Singh, the First Agent of East Bengal Railways in the Pre-Independent Era and established in the Year 1934. It was established in the form of Health Unit to serve the employees of the Traffic Department of Railways of Eastern Region.

This hospital is only for Indian railways stuffs and their families. I had to admit one of my relatives their who was Covid infected in serious condition. We almost lost our hope but she was recovered within 2 weeks. The treatment was good. Doctors and Nurses keep monitoring the patient. Only drawback is the aaya(care taker) will take 450 rupees unofficially on daily basis which is totally disgusting.

Pls don't come to this hospital they will harrash you like anything .... and if u ask anything no one known where anything jst here n there... management is worst ...and the nurses and Aya behaviour is ridiculous

NICU team of BR singh hospital is great, specially Dr. Sayantan saha as like as God. His treatment strategy is very well, very sincere for his duty & very helpful for patients family. My review 5 star only for NICU department.
