Overall experience is very good and the treatment given by Dr. Rahul Singh Sir is extraordinary and tremendous and by his behaviour only the patient can recover about 70%. But I have to say that the room facility is too much poor and the floor manager didn't follow SOS for room service. When I asked her for Tea Table as per their Room service List, she said we don't have table as it gone for repairing which is totally wrong info and she asked us to pls change the room if you want. Very very inappropriate response from the FLOOR MANAGER of such reputed hospital. B M SHAH HOSPITAL Operation manager should take the responsibility that if patient pay for the room then hospital should provide all the room facilities. And 1 more thing from last 3 months ESIC cashless treatment is not provided by B M SHAH HOSPITAL and then also they put the CASHLESS BOARD FOR ESIC members displayed on their OPD BOX.

My mother was admitted on 4th Oct. One of the best hospital with care at top priority. DR. Rahul Singh was very helpful and provided proper diagnosis and care. .Quality care and treatment all under one roof.HIGHLY recommended.

It's a multi-speciality hospital having expertise of different organs. Doctors never ask to stay at hospital irrelevantly until it's very urgent. Dr. Tanmay Jain, his work and experience is really appreciable. Staff at private rooms need improvement in behaviour.

To be honest, I must say that I was quite disappointed with the overall quality of care and service at your hospital. It seemed to me that the focus was solely on making money, rather than genuinely caring for the patients. I noticed that the nursing staff appeared to be disinterested and more engaged with their mobile phones than with attending to the patients. Despite repeatedly calling for assistance, they seemed to be too preoccupied with their mobile. Additionally, the discharge process at your hospital was unnecessarily prolonged. It took a frustrating two days to complete, seemingly to ensure that the bill was inflated. I believe that this kind of practice does not align with the principles of a reputable healthcare institution. In short delivery case ke liye to yaha aana hi nahi...normal ko bhi ye log operation me convert kr denge ..apko itna Dara denge ki AP ko ha bolna hoga...only Gyanwati Agarwal mam is doing good job rest all doctors are taking patients as a customer..jisko jitna loot sako

Worst hospital even govt hospital are good just simple echo is taking 1:30 hour here,they don't consider senior citizen also,just simply keeps on saying doctor is coming.if you love your parents please don't come here

very poor timing of blood tests and doctors coordination... also tanmay jain not really a good docter they made my helth worse even i told docter that his medicines are not working but he said wait sometime it will work also never asked to do any tests these shows doc caliber...thankyou for experiance i will never visit there again... rather i would prefer going to home and seeing a docter there ..it is what i am doing now

As My experience I went with my wife for her pregnancy delivery but they are first priority only for Operation Cesarean they not able to do normal delivery or can't try..becoz they wants money only doesn't care who r we and how can arrange money ...I stayed 9 days and I watched all time all cases only Cesarean operation hamesa bolenge ki emergency hai warna maa bache ko khata hai...air isse bhi maan ni bharta inka bache ko bhi 7 se 9 din rkhte hn minimum parents ko milne ni dete bhut bekar ghatiya service hai I was not aware in that time otherwise I didn't visit there even my wife got injury in back side don't know how if we ask they told go outside.. baasted. ..

I found it one of the best hospital and also the service we get there....Dr. Anup Gupta ,Dr.Ashish sir ,ICU incharge Mr. Doman sahu sir...they care best and All n all I love the experience
