Awesome view in outdoor

Converted into shopping complex after BabuLal Cinema Hall went out of business. This complex is evident of one of Raipur City's earliest cinema halls in the heart of city. B.L. complex now has shops which mainly deals in outfits and personal clothing accessories of interest.

The place is situated in a quite crowdy area, there is parking available though. Also shops were wholesale so if you want to buy retail, there are better options available.

the complex is awesome.... its full of crowd and the best thing about complex is it holds up many wholesale shops that be a very perspective vist for budget holders!

There was Raipur's first cinema hall Babulal talkies started with movie of Raj Kapoor's Mera Naam Joker. After low interest of public and loss in business it was closed in year 2006.
