Total bad experience in food Quality i order Gravy But they served me Dry. Oh shut.. I can't after come this poor quality foods, service behavior total wrong

Checkout time 12pm to 12pm 24 hours but missbehav service staff and 2,3 hours before checkout force customer I am and with family member are not satisfied this hotel

The hospitality standards were high. They were actively helping us out with the choices on the menu. The servings were delayed, and I felt they were understaffed. The food taste on the main course was phenomenal. However, it's a thumbs down for the Manchow soup. The taste was throat burning gingery. The starter, too, was a disappointment. It neither did taste nor look like cheese sticks. Ambience was just perfect.

I think B L palace is the only AC restaurant with rooftop in Pachora District Aurangabad food quality is good ,very polite staff, service is also good

Room service was not provided. The room was not clean, the manager was rude. Was asking to pay before check-in. Was charging Rs 500 for extra mattress.The food was as bad as it has ever been .When informed that the food was smelled , the manager started giving excuses but did not mean it.

Food quality is very good but one suggestion you should increase waiters as I am waiting here since 2 hours for my order please add more staff so customer don't need to wait for order for so long or simply ask them we are full today it will take long time as usual so customer can go somewhere else

Great place I have ever visited. Food quality and veriety, neat and cleanliness, kind and helpful staff, Me and my family enjoyed dinner a lot. Must visit and try various food items. Fabulous arrangements by proprieter. Hats off.
