BECAUSE EVEN A MINOR COMPLAINT to Nurse WILL BE taken AS VIOLENCE towards Staff and Hospital BY THOSE INCOMPETENT STAFF MEMBERS. ++Only Generous Act by the owner is Free Food provided to Patients as prescribed. ++ Hoise Keeping and Cleaning Staff members were showing more Hospitality then the more privileged ones. ++liftman was courteous. 1. 2nd Floor Nurses keep chatting and busy in gossiping LOUD NOT CONSIDERING PATIENTS HAVE TO SLEEP and you have to scream for help and have to remind them about everything. 2. THERE IS NO EMERGENCY CALLING BELL OR SWITCH. 3. WHEELCHAIR LEG SUPPORT IS BROKEN AND LEGS KEEP SWINGING 4. WITHOUT ASKING IF PATIENT HAD FOOD, NURSES WERE READY TO INJECT PARACETAMOL+ STRONG ANTIBIOTIC ONLY STOPED WHEN OBJECTED AND INFORMED OF EMPTY STOMACH. 5. YOU HAVE TO GET MEDICINE ON YOUR OWN Leaving patient behind. 6. If you complaint about their UNPROFESSIONALISM (I complaint over phone from Bangalore), You will be REVERSE THREATENED UNDER MEDICAL VIOLENCE AND DAMAGE TO PROPERTY ACT WITHOUT EVEN LISTENING TO BOTH SIDES BY DOCTOR And heights was the Doctor PANKAJ ADHYAPAK left a note on the Discharge Summary about it. 7. INCIDENT on Day 3 in Hospital: DIABETIC PATIENT WOKE UP AT 5:30AM. Nurse asked NOT TO EAT ANYTHING TILL INSULIN IS GIVEN. HE GOT IMMENSE HUNGRY BEING SUGAR PATIENT BY 9:30. 8. STILL THEN NURSES KEPT ON SAYING DOCTOR PANKAJ ADHYAPAK IS NOT RESPONDING and to wait. 9. ALL HOSPITALS IN BLR PROVIDE PHONE NUMBER FOR EMERGENCY NOT SURE WHY HE WAS INSECURED TO GIVE HIS NUMBER ALSO HE WAS NOT RESPONDING during the emergency. 10. When called over the phone and asked NURSE DEEPALI to give the number or atleast go and check personally with the Doctor incase he is busy, she dint respond but heard some female staff members giggling in the background. 11. NURSES HAD NO MERCY TO SHOW AN EFFORT TO CONTACT DOCTOR stating Doctor PANKAJ ADHYAPAK asked NOT TO GIVE HIS NUMBER EVEN DURING EMERGENCY. 12. When I said why are you not taking things seriously to NURSE DEEPALI, SHE COMPLAINED TO DOCTOR, I misbehaved and said they will take it as VIOLENCE AND DAMAGE TO HOSPITAL PROPERTY. 13. I MEAN WHY WILL YOU GO TO SUCH PLACE WHERE YOU PAY 22,000 FOR 3DAYS AND YOU CANT EVEN COMPLAINT FOR HEIGHTS OF CARELESSNESS AND UNPROFESSIONALISM. 14. ITS UPTO YOU I am sure if YOU LOVE SOMEONE THIS IS THE LAST HOSPITAL YOU WILL EVER GO FOR Medication. 15. YOU HAVE CHANGE PATIENTS CLOTH AND CLEAN UP ON YOUR OWN. 16. WHITE BLANKET HAD BLOOD STAINS ON IT. I just pray to God that I never have to visit this INHUMAN INHOSPITABLE place again.

Very pore . Staffs are not trained well, and rooms are dirty, doctors response are not so good....worst experience ever!

Pathetic! B.K. memorial hospital is most low quality nursing home in Tezpur. Pathetic experience.. Unprofessional, no cctv service. Stuffs behavior is getting worst day by day. Worst service.

Very bad hospital I have ever seen. Doctors are not trained one of the doctor Dr. B.P.DAS worst surgeon and also nurses are not well behave and untrained.

Very bad Hospital ever seen. No Genuine Doctor available. Only one Doctor and some nurses running the hospital. No radialogy dept available. The nurses hostel in top floor of the hospital creating disturbance always. The cats ever seen moving in the patient room sply at night. Not hygienic at all. Need attention .

Treatment is only satisfied... And the uncomfort things is there no parking space, hospital capacity is more than 50. But anyone check no parking space how can patient visit hospital. Hospital authority must check and resolve the issue.

Pathetic experience. Unprofessional service. Nurses and receptionist should be trained how to behave with patient and attendant.

Decent hospital with reasonable price. Nice staff and clean general compartments. Only problem seems to be parking which if addressed will be of great relief.
