B-J Hospital - Hospital in Tezpur, Kumar Gaon - Sonitpur, India

I had the worst experience in my life being a patient in this hospital. I was deeply disappointed by the service I received at this hospital. The staff's attitude was often rude, which made an already stressful situation worse. It felt like their main focus was only money rather than patient care. The consultant doctor did not come to visit me once on my 3 day treatment.I hope they can improve their customer service and prioritize patient well-being in the future. Until then, I advice you not to go to this hospital.

Very bad experience ,Worst Hospital,I am editing my review after years , I got recovered for a few days then I gave this review, I had spent almost 1 lacs but couldn't got recovered, they increase the cost by themselves like for their costly room(1500 per day) and 500 extra for medical facilities every day,Huge amount of madicines, laboratory experiments etc,they kept me in there for 15 days and Didnot want to leave me, In one word Robber , (not good for hospital it is a Hotel) #Dont visit this hospital if you are poor go when you want to waste your money and time The Hospital is so good,the staffs and doctors are so polite and respectful Dr Jiten Borkakoti Sir who is the Superintendent of the Hospital is very honest ,sincere and respectful person,the treatment in this Hospital is very good how much I know,I have admitted there for a ENT problem which was so longly diseace and couldn't be recovered in other hospitals but I have recovered in small time and now I am quite well,the Hospital is very clean,safe,and well maintained and provide a good environment to patients,thanks to BJ Hospital especially Dr Jiten Borkakoti Sir for recover me ,I recommend if you have any ent problem you can go there Long live BJ Hospital Thanking you Sourav Jyoti Neog Lakh

Worst doctor's bed experience don't go there , luting money

Worst hospital in Tezpur period. Never visit it in case of any emergency without medical insurance. They will try to inflate the bill as MUCH as possible when people are unable to raise a question due to urgency of medical attention. Junior DRs are good, but senior DRs are more businessmen than Doctors. Which is an insult to honest businessmen if I call them that. If a patient is admitted to the casualty ward, 3 doctors just see her face, we are billed fees of 3 different doctors 3x1000, emergency resuscitation fees 1000, casualty ward charge 500, registration fees 500. its okay to exclude 3000x2 for 2 CT scans, routine blood test, sugar tests fees and medicine bills. Its better visit Apollo in Guwahati if its not an emergency or TimeS if you have medical insurance and an emergency near Tezpur. If you are not insured maybe visit TMCH only
