Can call it more as desi gym. Fully equipped with reasonable monthly membership. It's better to opt a gym as this rather than AC gyms with less equipment's. Best gym at Kompally location. There is ladies timings everyday from 9-11am. However, I train in the evening. The ppl around are good.
