I am client of b.c.sen for last more than 30 years. I am too , too happy to buy jewelry from them.It gives me the feel of my own family store. Their designing, polish , quality of diamonds worth buying. My friends n family do ask me about my jewellery. The staff 's behaviour is too good. My best wishes are always with them.

Of all the big names in this vertical, B.C. Sen offers the best customer service. The staff comprises highly experienced, polite individuals. They take good care of the specific requirements of each customer. They also provide valuable suggestions when asked for. Overall, this is by far the best jewellery store in the jewellery infested Gariahat region both in terms of customer service and product range.

You may find difference in billing weight and product weight. And when you find it they will give you bizarre excuses.. Please be careful while buying anything.

The place was good and we shopped for a nose ring. The staff was good and polite and showed us multiple varieties around our choice. They have good diamond nose rings and some good pendants as well. Has a small elevator to enter the shop.

Courteous staff. Parking is a problem . Not more then 3 cars are under free parking. Hope the management pays parking fee for customers who cannot get free parking facility of their shop by issuing free parking slips.

They have a wonderful collection of gold and diamond jewellery. Could never come out empty handed. The staff is extremely courteous and never tired of attending the customers. Keep up the good work!

They totally gonna waste your time. You have to wait until they feel that they should attend you. If you want their attention then you have to look rich. Otherwise you have to oil your own machine .
