In the year 2021 I buy a gold coin from b.C. Sen with the hallmark in cash and now I wanted to sell them back because of my personal issue they saying all rule and regulation I to have give my PAN Card , bill and gold also after submitting this they are going give the money other day my point is that 1 point they were very rude to me 2 point they don't have a manner to explain 3 point when they are taking my gold why would they pay next day why not same day when people require then only customer sell . If they don't trust on their customer we also don't trust you . You take my gold on one hand and give my money on other hand . Very bad experience with you guys .
