My advice is do not visit this store. V poor salesmanship. They are not interested in customer satisfaction or sales. Was v disappointed in the behaviour. Collection is average.
Unpleasant, Unprofessional and Disrespectful towards foreign Indian OCI's and Pan Card holders! Avoid at all costs! Let me start with the positives. My wife and I have bought several hind have been extremely satisfied with the craftsmanship. Their bespoke service is second to none and being a chap named Kanchan is called by m3 for the most " Kanchan " in our experience and the professional guidance that is offered ( I have to mention Kanchan as he is by far, the most empathic salesperson I have had the privilege to tinum and diamonds counter instinctively know what we like and wou,d exquisitely made rings, chains, ear rings etc, made to our liking.
I get jewellery from here everytime I visit Kolkata. It has a smaller selection compared to its larger outlets in town, but the pieces in stock are artful and reasonably priced. Good selection of gold jewellery and diamonds. Staff are friendly and courteous and they have great after sales service
Gold prices are higher than market rate for which silly justification is provided like they buy it from government with invoice....so do we get market rate without invoice??
