It has been awesome experience in terms of treatment, and the time it takes. Moreover things are quicker here compared to other places. My father got his treatment done for catarct, the result is very satisfying. All in all one should definitely consider consulting here for eye issues.

I am an Italian doctor: three years ago I was in Calcutta as a tourist and I was visited by Dr. Chandrima Paul for an alleged worsening of my glaucoma. I had several tests and a laser application. I found the service very professional and efficient. Today, finding myself back in Calcutta, I had booked a check-up visit and I had confirmation of the perfect organization and skill of the professionals who work in this center. Compared to 3 years ago the structure has also improved. Very very good: thank you!
Location is good, doctors are cooperative, they do their best in explaining the diagnosis to the patients, equipments are also standard. Staff behaviour is good. However, the interior space is little bit congested. Waiting space is very small. Toilets provided for the patients and their family members are not suitable or comfortable.

Stay away from this place, the staffs are gentle and polite but Doctor Chandrima Paul is a horrible, this lady doesn't know how to speak and attend a client question. neither she explained the process of lasik but her behaviour was still ok in the beginning because you are a tentative business. I went for a lasik post operative check up, she suggested to give me some drop 10 times a day on asking the frequency and time lag inbetween she replied " If you don't understand the meaning of ten times a day then my assistant will explain you" I walked away from that spot because a doctor like that is below my self respect to respond to, but want to tell her that I can follow english and was just asking the process clearly so that i can follow the post operative clearly. If this is the attitude for a cosmetic surgery i doubt what behaviour they give to a general patient with actual eye complications. My opinion dont just walk into this place like I did until you know a good doctor from a reference, and avoid this lady even if someone refers. Thank stay blessed
