Good organisation tour for manali Trip to Azure Tour and cab pickup and drop is very good and hotel facilities is also good
We booked our trip to Punjab & Himachal. Even at planning level, you were so cooperative and accommodated all of our modifications and suggestions. It was our first trip to North India, even though it was slightly overpriced, the hotels arranged for us were so good & classy and the driver was so humble, on time, clean and also knowledgeable about the place. Though we had some language issues with the driver, you coordinated well to fill the gap.
Great experience. I had booked international Dubai tour from Azure tour Advisor. They have managed everything end to end. Right from flight tickets, hotel booking to every Itinerary. I would really recommend Azure Tour Advisor for every International as well as Domestic tours.
If only there were negative stars. Sent train tickets to Azure Tour Advisors for onward and return journey about 2 months before the journey. And Azure Tours couldn't plan a good tour in between those dates. Very poor management. Left one day empty. Had to pay for hotels by self. We booked two tents in the camps for 5 people. Broken washroom taps, not good blankets and beds. Didn't recieve good support from Azure Tour Advisors there. Trust me, there were much better camps in the city then. (Happen to know some other tour advisors give an option to change the hotel at the moment.) The agency sent us an itinerary including day 6 drop. On the 6th, it was the drop itself, they said the vehicle will cost Rs5,000 extra for th 6th day. If you call Azure Tours with a query, he'll just say "aisa hi hota hai". No transparancy. Not recommended at all. You people will definitely find much better tour advisors in the city. Edit 1: We had payed all the money before the start of the trip. Your reply shows poor transparency. The last to days of the trip adding extra charges for transportation, conspiracy with the travel service provider, and very poor camp arrangement. Over all very poor trip experience. NOT RECOMMENDED. MUCH BETTER TOUR PROVIDERS AVAILABLE.
Hi To All, I got recommendation from travel-agent to place our feedback . So Here I Start . * I am really new to international trip , So I was little bit afraid . But as it was my honeymoon trip , So we both decides to go for maladies trip . When it comes to Maldives , first thing come to us , who will contact to Maldives resort & who will get best Deal for us. * I search Online , TravelTriangle makemytrip & suddenly I start getting bombard by Travelagent call . Which make me more confuse . For Azure Tour Advisor (Nagpur Maharastra ) :- * I got recommendation from one of my close relative ,who already taken trip package from them . * I inform azure tour planner about my plan(dates) & budget ( Most Important ) . Then they offer me best Star-3 Resort Bandos Resort , which fulfill my all expectation . They guide us properly , what we need to do ,what not to do in Maldives . Now my marriage end successfully & now it's time to go for Maldives . Azure Trour advisor provide us all vouchers need to trip . * Now when we reach to Maldives airport , we come to know from our family relative on whatups that , Azure trip advisor team has provide us resort upgrade to us & instead to 3-star , we got 5-star Paradise resort . Because some another Mumbai couple miss their flight . We got this upgrade , we were really thankful to them . * I am sure , Azure Tour team has to worked a lot on last movement to get this upgrade for us . They have not charge us anything extra. & We are so excited as now , we are going to Paradise Resort, which is like going to "Taj Hotel" in local 3-star budget . It was really a gift for us from Azure Tour team !! We both are great thankful to them . I attached some pics of paradise resort , so that this feedback look genius. Thanks a lot to Azure Tour Trip & recommends it for others . Will surely approach them again for next trip .
Hello, i wanted to appreciate Azure Tours for all the arrangements you made for us regarding choosing hotels, food they provided and cab facility with skilled driver and being available 24x7. My family loved it all everything was planned according to our imagination and cause of that we were able to have a successfull journey to Dalhousie. Looking forward for many more like this.
