Azure Tides Marari - Resort hotel in Mararikulam, Alappuzha - Alappuzha, India

It is an oka property. The sea view is always great. But food, rooms and service is not up to mark. The staff is polite but there is a language issue for non south indian people. There is a very small area for restaurants, so you will have to wait for your turn to eat.

I had booked my stay at the Azure tides, Marari through MakeMyTrip Kerala tour in September,2023. I must say, if you are looking for a nice quiet tranquil location right by the sea beach this place first the bill to the tee. The hotel is located right on the beach and during my stay I can say the beach is not at all crowded. It was quite secluded and dotted only by the guest of this Hotel So location wise it is a gem. Now the things which needs to be looked into are the rooms. Mind you the rooms are quite different in luxury and commodities. I initially stayed at room 103 where the switch board ,door lock were not working. The management graciously changed to 101. Hence please book in advance and check your rooms before you book. Sea food platter is limited which is a bit of a let down, as sea based restaurants should have more options. Flies were everywhere . Request management to work on hygiene in the canteen.

This is an excellent getaway, but don't expect a 5 star experience. Just a step away from the sea, you can spend a lifetime here. Only if they could do something special like arranging a candle light dinner our securing the out door dinning area would enhance the place even more. The staff do need training.

Visited one day with my family and kids Pros : very near to beach Good hospitality and food Cons : Overly priced Mosquito issues couldn't sit out at all after sunset Even in room so many mosquitoes Since it's like a private beach to the resort a Lil effort can be taken to keep it clean.

When we reached the property we felt like we had stumbled upon a place that we would describe as heavenly. So close to nature. Listening to the sound of waves and gazing at stars in night, was out of the world experience. Amazing staff and great food. Special thanks to Mr. Arun and Mr. Saj. This is place that we would visit every year without fail. And would suggest the same to family and friends

Really enjoyed our stay here. It is an amazing private beach resort with an awesome sea view, staff was friendly and helpful .Rooms and bathrooms were clean and highly maintained. Food was appetizing and delicious. Excellent hospitality was recieved. Best place to have a cozy weekend with family and friends.

Worst experience which I have ever seen. They charged like 5 star villa but facility like 1 star homestay. Staff are not trained unable to handle guest. Food is not having taste not having to much option for breakfast and dinner. Don't waste your valuable money. They even charged for water bottle and give not necessary item like towal and other sawer kit
