Very good experience overall. Have stayed in multiple hotels over the past 4-5 trips including the Royal Orchid Central. And this would rank as the best experience overall. From Check in to Check Out - everything was efficient and functional. The breakfast spread was also good. Will certainly prefer to come back to Fern again.

the fern residency, midc pune is a decent mid size business hotel. it is conveniently located if you have work in the pimpri industrial area, although quite far from pune. rooms are clean and good size. it has one restaurant operating at the moment. around the hotel there nothing much to see or do so good property if you visiting this area for work and not holidays or leisure. over all its a good property with friendly staff.

Location is roadside and easily reachable. Very far from airport but pretty much the nearby hotel DY Patil Med College and ICMR-NARI. Ola/Uber cabs are easily available for all trips and autorickshaw stand is present at the junction 30 mtrs away. Hotel is on the main road where bus travels routinely. Hotel rooms are good for the price. A bit small, but clean and has all amenities. Two lifts are present that makes it easy to reach the upper floors. The breakfast is excellent and the restaurant has a very good menu selection and is open throughout the day till night 11. Restaurant staff is very helpful. The staff is very friendly and approachable. They are at your service a phone call away. Overall good for the price. Friendly staff. Easy checkin checkout procedures. Good restaurant.

A comfortable stay, though the property is small but has been kept well. Staff is polite and cooperative , very quick to respond to all requests. Food quality is okay. Overall a good hotel for a couple of day stay.

The Fern residency is located in the MIDC area which is a very good hotel to stay for business persons. Cleanliness and food quality maintained in Covid conditions are very good. The staff is very cooperative and supportive. I will stay again, if visit nearby hotel area.

The hotel is located in the industrial area with no good places to visit nearby. It's a 5 storey building nicely decorated on the inside. Staff was polite and professional. There was unfortunately no view from the rooms. The rooms were nice and clean. The restaurant is not much expensive. They had a nice variety for the breakfast buffet. However, the bakery items like the croissant, chocolate rolls contained egg. No swimming pool or indoor games. Overall good.

Overall a good stay. Rooms are good according to the price. Buffet breakfast was also very tasty. Good variety in the breakfast. Giving 4 star because I booked 2 rooms, so It's expected from the Hotel they will keep both the rooms ready before check-in time and that too on the same floor. Waited for almost 1 to 1 hr 15 min to get bothe the rooms on same floor as initially only one room was ready. It's a common sense thing that you provide rooms on same floor for the same booking.

Decent hotel to stay. Food quality is also decent. Missing the extra touch by not including a Gym. The bathroom fittings need to be checked of malfunctioning. Otherwise service is good and are flexible to some last moment requirements.
