Very good experience.. was not aware we have such good restaurants nearby. Best location for people from north and west delhi .. it's experience. Loved the courtesy by the staff and I he manager.

The quality of stay is like not very good. There are certain good things as well as certain bad things. Good things:- 1. You can order food from outside. 2. It's acceptable under MMT. 3. Vallet parking. Bad things:- 1. Their AC is leaking. 2. Rooms are very small. 3. The bathroom is also very small. 4. Their is a kitchen just with rooms on the same floor so its not not all soundproof. 5. Just in case if you have ordered your food by there in house kitchen, be ready as they will come in between the day to take bill from you and not wait till you check out. Which is seriously something disappointing. 6. Cleanliness is required to be taken care of. 7. The wall of the room is quite damaged. 8. There is no window in the room, or you can say it feels quite suffocated to stay inside the room for a long time.

Please dont waste your money and i request you all to look for a good quality and services hotel. The receptionist doesn't treat well and they don't fulfill the needs required in hotel for customer. And they do all the things according to their choices only the house keeping was good and all the other stuffs like food and rooms were also too much bad. This is the worst hotel I have seen. Nothing is good according to the price and quality are too much bad. We've stayed for like 1 months over there for some reason but they are very rude. Services were too disgusting. I recommend you to go to the good hotel because we paid money for that services but are not giving that services so before you feel disappointing please. That hotel is way too expensive according to their services that's only the good name of the hotel 'AZORA'. Thr services are not as good as we expect. When we got there first thing they said us almost all rooms were booked then later we knew that there was no any booking. And they charged us more saying the room are improved now there are many changes but it was a lie.

A nice place for family dinings especially on weekdays. Weekends are very busy and waiting is there. The food quality is fresh and good. The mocktails are nice especially the kafir lime infused drink. Do try the paneer dishes and don't forget to experiment. You won't be disappointed. Valet parking is available. Staff at the restaurant is very, very courteous and always ready to support.

Went there just to attend a function so can't comment on the rooms. Found the attendants hospitable and food really nice. The banquet could accommodate about 35-40 Guests at a time.

I have ordered paw bhaji..instead of saying they dont have they served with paneer gravy...and paw..after waiting for 20 min..and after that we ordered hakka noddles they served daam cool noodles which were already prepared.

One word - Horrible Booked their banquet for reception and after months of communication on the day of the event they just "forgot" to serve Non Veg food to the guests. Reason - They forgot about what was discussed. Ridiculous on how they turned the happiest day of our life to the most embarassing one infront of friends, family and guests. The lady who manages banquet provided the worst experience overall, middle of event she comes to our family and asks for balance money. Who in the right mind asks for payment in the middle of the ceremonies? Worst of all post event when we asked for portion of money back for such a huge miss what they insisted on was nothing less than an insult. This became the biggest embarrassment and insult on a perfect day we planned for months. Want to have food in their restaurant ? Sure Want to book a room ? Below average Want to book their Banquet ? DONOT ruin your day and event

Ridiculous experience, have booked the banquet for reception for a NONVEG menu, the manager / owner _ Sonia told us that the cost involved EVERYTHING with 1,6** per plate, everything went ok untill 1.5 hours after the reception started and me + my husband were on stage trying to enjoy our moment, the owner came to my dad asking for balance payment in cash, was willing to create a scene, who carries cash of 30+k from a middle class Family, wherein other payments were done via Google pay? Later one of our important guest aggressively stepped out saying that "kesi party hai nonveg hi nahi hai?" , Guess what, THEY FORGOT to serve nonveg, now sitting on stage I got anxious and called Sonia _ by this time 70% of guests have already had the food! She said it was a miscommunication, are you kidding me? And said lemme arrange that right now, looking at my husband clueless that how pathetic this was for an excuse we decided no point in doing it right now and ask her to adjust the charges, Later second day when I asked for refund suddenly the 1,6** became 1,1** (now decoration and dj cost became seperate) and we got refund of 100rs / plate / person! Extremely unprofessional, screwed our image in front of our guests and beyond poor service!
