I have been to this hospital for simple ENT reasons, and the doctor who examined me used an otoscope which didn't have any disposable probe cover, he just poured some sanitizer over the tip of the scope and used it to examine me. I thought it may be properly cleansed after each patient, but I was wrong. It was just placed over the table, and another patient was waiting. This is totally unacceptable and unethical. You are crossinfecting the poor patients. What if the patient who was before me had a terrible infection? Bizarre! Also, there were few medical students in the OP room, and they put the otoscope into my ear for study purpose without even asking my consent. Awful! A d the toilet never has tissue papers, nor is soap provided. Never recommended!

Bad behavior to us when we are admitted at pediatric ward. When asked for special care due to paining of the cannilla, she behaved very badly. Very bad behavior of nursing staff towards the patients and bistanders. Night duty staff on16 th sunday. Please tell them about their proffession duties and responsibilies
