Beautiful place with all the amenities. The doctors are the best and take care of you very well. Very peaceful environment for healing and nurturing. Grateful to Dr Aprana, Dr Sudarshan and Dr Satheesh for treating my 83 years old Grandma with so much love and care. Therapists, kitchen and housekeeping staff were very warm and helpful at all times. Great place to rejuvenate!

I visited Ayusmat with my family for a week back in march 2023. After researching for sometime, purely based on reviews without any first hand reference we narrowed down Ayusmat and have to say the reviews totally reflected our experience here. Loved the dedication and investment the doctors (Dr. Aparna, Dr. Satheesh & Dr. Sudarshan) have towards each individual. Since we went as a family with different level of acceptance and needs it was impressive to see their ability to work around each person's requirements and experiences. Personally, seeing Dr. Aparna so vested in my health & lifestyle was like a wake up call to prioritize the same. Would like to give a huge shout out to the wonderful team they have built here that help run the show be it cleanliness, punctuality or their warm greetings. The program is well designed with detox, treatments, yoga, knowledge sessions and follow up plan. Enjoyed the beautiful sunsets, walks, caught up on sleep and the general down time. In a world where medical services in general has become quite commercial, it was reassuring to experience the opposite at Ayusmat. Overall it was an eye opening experience and I am glad we came here!!

Staying at Ayusmat for 14 days was the most bold and best decision I've done in my life. Very warm homely and caring people from the owners to the security guard. My stay at Ayusmat was phenomenal. The service I was provided was incredible, and I felt right at home. Dr. Sateesh, Dr. Aparna & Dr. Sudarshan made me feel at ease and comfortable, all while tending to me personally. The staff was extremely thoughtful as well, and tended to every need with attention and care. Not unlike the other aspects, food was also excellent. Culinary tastes were defined and I loved it. I came to Ayusmat in search of a detox, and that is exactly what I found, if not more. They have an incredible view of the sea, and it is very therapeutic, alongside their massages. Definitely worth your time and money for any internal or external issues you might face!

I have travelled from the UK London all the way to Ayusmat, to have a healthier lifestyle and maintain my health issues under control (Arthritis). I can actually say that it has been an amazing experience and I am already starting to feel the difference with my symptoms they have gone down massively. Had good experience with Ayusmat when I stayed there for 10 days in September. Dr. Sathish, Dr. Aparna and Dr. Sudharshan and all the staff were very helpful. I lost 3.5 kg, my abdomen size reduced by 8 cms and my CEA levels dropped from 2.7 to 2.1. Dr. Sathish also traveled all the way to Kochi to buy medicine for me. I would highly recommend Ayusmat to those who want to improve their health naturally.

Actually it was a great experience for me in ayusmat . I was suffering post covid issues like breathing problems, wheezing and also gained weight. After 16 days of treatment and yoga sessions my problems almost got cured and my weight also got reduced. All staff members were very caring and friendly. I'm extremely thankful to dr satheesh , dr aparna and dr sudharsanan . Extremely satisfied and best wishes !!
