Pathetic and very unprofessional, I waited for more than 3 hours and the doctor (Dr. Amita Rajvedi) kept on extending for another 10 15 minutes as she was busy taking ultrasound. They dont even seem apologetic after wasting time of mine and other patients.
Worst staff to deal with. Staff at reception especially RAMA doesn't know how to deal with patients and manage them. After taking the appointment and confirming over the call, have to wait more than 1:30 hr and an argument with the staff, post that got the chance to meet the doctor. No doubt Dr. Amita is very experienced and very good doctor but she should also focus on how the hospital staff behaves. If the condition continues like this, I am 100% sure, patients have to seek some other doctor. Pros: Verg Good and Experienced Doctor. You will always be satisfied after meeting her. Cons : Staff! Very big issue, people management and time management.
They do not value time and money. They take whole day to check a patient and yes if you have extra money or you have emergency you can pay double fee for earlier check-up. Good medical facilities but so so so costly.
A very honest review. This is the best hospital in town. Dr. Amita Rajvedi is such a nice and knowledgeable doctor. Her staff is very supportive and caring. All the nurses are so well trained. I wish I could give them more than five stars.

I have visited this hospital first time on Oct 2021 with lot of hopes and by God grace n divine knowledge n pure experience of Dr. Amita Rajvedi got good news in the month of Feb 2022. On the month of Nov 2022 me n wife blessed with baby girl. Before this hospital I have consulted many doctors at Agra n then Prayagraj itself but everywhere I have experienced doctor cum market Agent. I have seen many doctors in my life but found Dr. Amita Rajvedi one of the best among all not only in experience n knowledge but also true ethics n attitude towards this noble profession. Apart from Dr. All Staff also so cooperative n trustworthy. If u are hopeless too just visit n consult once. I am sure you will get smile in ur life.
