This was my first visit at Ayushakti and due to my limited time Dr Tushar advised me to a 4 day 18 treatment detox plan. I was amazed by how accurately he described my major and minor issues by reading my Pulse. He mapped my detox plan and laid out a detailed balanced food eating habits to follow. The real rockstar of this entire process was my therapist Sudarshan, who did all my treatments and helped me with any questions I had. He is very knowledgeable and does his work with full dedication. The facility (Ghatkopar Ayushakti) is very clean and all the Staff are very helpful and compassionate people. As we move forward in the future the methods and principles of Ayushakti should become the core of everyone's life. Thank you Ayushakti with this short 4 day Detox. Had a great experience.
