We met the doctor yesterday and she is attention to detail at the tip.. The best doctor in coimbatore and the right treatment without delaying the days and the best is in the waiting hall they have holistic environment of kids play area

Doctors are really good, but it's not useful when you can't book an appointment. They ask us to book the appointment through phone calls, but the admin team doesn't respond/take up your calls. It would be ringing or switched off or not reachable all the time. It's really frustrating when your child is unwell and you don't know when you will get an doctor's appointment. Worst exeperience. Even if you go directly, they'll ask you to call and book the appointment, but you can witness them not picking the phone calls while the admin just simply ignore it. To the doctors: It doesn't help how good you are, if it's impossible to reach out to you when we need you. Change the process or educate your team atleast to pick the calls and inform if they have a slot that day. Parents need to know this to take a decision whether to wait based on their child's condition. We can't simply try calling your team without knowing the possibilities.

This is by far the worst experience I ever had related to any clinic or hospital. No one knows when their landlines will answer. You have to get appointment only through phone calls but it will be busy always. Even if you visit clinic on time, you will be asked to book appointment through number which will always be busy. Interesting answer i received when I questioned why it is busy always is that 10 in every family will be dialing at same time to get appointment and you have to do the same to try your luck. So appointment fixing is sheer luck here else you have to visit 6 30 evening for the attendant to give you an appointment based on availability(numbers after phone booking) and even if it is, it will be after 9pm and your turn to visit doctor will be around 11 pm based on the position you will be on adhoc queue at 6 30 pm. Do keep in mind it is not for adults we are trying our luck here, it is for our kids. It's high time they have to improve their services. For any emergency don't try your luck here and it's not worth.

Doctor will not see your baby without appointment and if you call their landline for taking appointment they will never pickup. Receptionist is very rude. She will never understand your and your baby's condition. She always talks very harsh. Feels like why the hell they still keep her in job after these many comments from suffering parents. And coming to doctor, being in medical field that too a doctor can't neglect a baby with 101deg fever just for the sake of appointment. Setting a time limit of 3pm and taking only 30-40 appointments where receptionist will never pick your calls for appointment and fires on you and you can't see doctor after travelling from very long with small baby having 101deg fever, it's just not feeling ethical. Doctors may be great but Overall, I don't think it's worth it.

Leave the appointment hurdles aside, I'd say, it has one the best pediatrician ever in Coimbatore. Our consultation was very helpful and the Dr's approach towards diagnosis and treatment shows the standards of the clinic. I wish this clinic with grow and success in upcoming year. My experience was at 7th Dec 2021 and yes, I do struggle to get an appointment but its not a big deal to overcome.

Very poor hospital Management and worst booking system. We have to write name at 5.00 pm. Dr's assistant will take another list at 7.15 pm. Then she will tell tentative time after 9.00 Pm. So we have to spend 4 hours minimum to meet doctor. I suggest the doctor to ask her assistant to come at 5.00 pm to make only one list.

He is the best pedia doctor. He is super cool and busy like a honey bee and had a gud sense of humour. One of the dedicated doctor i had seen in my life. Kudos to the doctor. He explains everything neat and clear. Second thing all are saying about appointment, yes he is busy then u had to wait for the doctor. He is not a Superman who can see 50 patients at a time. Its your child and you have to wait for him.
