Thank you so much for this amazing one-on-one morning yoga session. I am a beginner and I felt very comfortable with the instructions of Ramesh. During the final meditation I could even enter a very deep state of mind. I highly recommend the classes!

Amazing yoga session with Ramesh. Such a wonderful space on the rooftop with the most beautiful garden. A small intimate and authentic space which was truly wonderful. Ramesh and Anita were very welcoming and we learnt so much during our time with Ramesh. Would go every day if I lived in Kochi!

Really enjoyed yoga sessions with Ramesh. His style of teaching felt truly authentic and spiritual. The beginning of the session started with meditation and several OM Shanti chants followed by different asanas (poses). Ramesh spent time explaining the physical as well as psychological benefits of each asana. Ramesh really engaged with each practitioner and suggested asanas specific to each person based on their needs if requested. I really liked the flow of the session, nothing felt rushed or forced, everything felt natural, peaceful and calming. Ramesh is such a kind and caring person. I really felt the lovingkindness that emanates from these personalized sessions. In addition to the yoga sessions I also had the pleasure of experiencing my first Ayurvedic massage with Ramesh. This was absolutely invigorating and rejuvenating. Once again Ramesh really took the time to listen to my individual needs in order to create a truly personalized experience. Not only did my muscles and body feel refreshed and relaxed my mind felt at ease and in a peaceful state of bliss during and after the massage. I would highly recommend either doing yoga or getting an Ayurvedic massage from Ramesh! His wife Anitha also provides Ayurvedic massages.

We had three yoga sessions with Ramesh on the beautiful rooftop terrace. He is a truly wonderful teacher, explaining the benefits of each position and helping us adjust to improve positions. It was such an authentic experience and each session I left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. We also had an Ayurvedic massage with Ramesh and Anitha. The massage was a very calming and therapeutic experience. It was something I didn't know I needed and I felt so aligned and renewed after. Anitha and Ramesh are such warm and kind people, I would love to come back to Ayurtheeram in the future.

The yoga class with Ramesh was really beautiful, he explained everything well, why we do it and what benefits it has. He is such a warm-hearted guy who can put you in a positive and peaceful state of mind. Also the place is very lovely. Thanks a lot, I can definitely recommend it

We have enjoyed many different yoga classes across Kerala over the last month, but our morning class on the lovely garden rooftop with Anitha was by far our favourite! She really took time to explain the benefits of each pose and it was just the right amount of challenging. They are such lovely, welcoming people so we decided to go back the same day for some Ayurvedic treatments which felt authentic and enjoyable. Thank you :)

I was greeted with warmth and tenderness for a Hatha yoga class. I loved the class with Ramesh. We were only 2 and he was so present with us. Thank you for sharing your pure energy with us I hope to be back soon

One thing is definite at Ayurtheeram, RELAXATION!! Anitha & Ramesh are well experienced in pressure point massage. After a day long city tour at Fort Kochi, We got a good massage, place looks small but it's all good. Don't forget to meet their daughter Anushka who is a great artist and a footballer. You would see easily a few dozens of awards and trophies with few masterpiece of paintings.
