Our two-week Ayuveda cure at Ayurdara was one of the most deeply satisfactory experiences I've had for a long time. The treatments, the consultations with two very competent and attentive doctors, the yoga classes, the delicious meals, the conversations and the caring attitude of our wonderful hosts at the old villa (Albin's Glory) on the river were the individual components of this experience. I came back physically and mentally "reborn" and have also succeeded in integrating some of the habits and practices I learnt at Ayurdara into my daily life here in Germany. A deep thank-you to all the wonderful people who made our stay so wholesome and memorable. We will be back soon.
Un sejour qui se passe a merveille. Un personnel tres professionnel, gentil, souriant et toujours pret a vous rendre service. Un endroit que je vous recommande tant pour les soins que pour l'hebergement. Les repas vegetariens sont delicieux et pleins de saveurs. La proximite de Cochin permet de se sentir au calme tout en etant proche de la jolie ville de Cochin ou tant de choses sont a (re)decouvrir.
Excellent support at all levels. This couple of doctors is very attentive, both human, open, invested, attentive. Very good organization from all points of view. Efficient, quality care provided by highly professional and conscientious staff. Beautiful setting, very pleasant. I keep an excellent memory, November 2023... Perfect place for and Ayurvedic treatment. Ir is a pacefull place with great food. The doctor see you every day to follow the treatment evolution. After 8 days i feel much better from my artrosis.

I just came back after spending 3 amazing weeks with the Ayurdara team. Despite the difficult Covid circumstances, I always felt very safe throughout my stay. Masks are compulsory in the whole area and the residents of Kochin pay a lot of attention to the well-being of their fellow human beings.
