One of the worst managed spa I've been to, for that price and location. First of all, it's not "in" the Clarion hotel, but in the same building, along with other shops and a theatre. The room was window less and smelly. Every item from AC remote to the flip flops were oily. There wasn't a chair to sit down and untie shoes. I had to argue to get the linen changed. The bathroom was cold and uncomfortable. The masseuse was overworked and tired, and the technique was poor too. Upon exiting, I told the manager they they need to improve and he retorted that I'm the first person to have complained! Haa!

1. Very rude receptionist 2. Therapist are rude 3. The say something else before you pay 1k and then they don't give good service at all 4. Rooms are super smelly and uncomfortable
