Very near to the railway station ,actually in the lane opposite to the railway station ,good place for small family gathering and party people and is also good for weddings . Really bothered for corporate people. No complimentary . Food is good but time restrictions are too much. Service is very good and also staff is also polite Even travel arrangements are also quite economic compare to my earlier hotel experience in Guntur
Excellent food quality with reasonable prices. Time Schedule is low. Management will think that food supply is main motto and they can't wait after 10:30pm. An extra hour may be useful at kitty parties. Please provide additional time. So that we may send off friends and relatives. Nice decoration partner. Please provide some margin time after the function completes.
Hey guys.... We started with soups those are okay and then starters are good dragon chicken wise choice and checken 65 is least choice. In biryanis wings chicken biryani is good one. Above all KASHMIRI CURD RICE IS EXCELLENT.KAJU CURRY NOT WORTHY. NOTE: THEY WON'T GIVE MUCH TIME TO DECIDE WHAT WE WANNA EAT.
Amazing!! The service is good and your food takes no time to arrive .Chicken Shangrilla is a must try.Although the presentation is not fab the cost and ambience is worth going .
For a long time, I'm a fan of Chicken Shangri-La from this restaurant and also I recommended it to so many of my buddies but when I tasted the latest it was stale and the cream in Chicken Shangri-La is bitter and I was so upset.
Clean and hygienic in the pandemic times. Chicken shangrilla is a must try. Biryani taste could be better. Staff very polite and respectful. Thank you for the hospitality.
Service is not good, droped food on table while serving & mixed up all Starters while serving. Ravi needs more training. Starters taste is ok but biryani is worst no taste & not fresh chicken like a rubber. Complaint to Restaurant manager(Ram) no reaction.
