The Last ten reviews says it all and I was a victim too - minted 14000 in span of 6 hrs. Please stay away from this hospital. Complete scam in billing - hospital full of mosquitos. Worst of all main doctor charging twice the fees but check up only once second round hello how are you another 1000 charged. When requesting for waiver the receptionist tells doctor waived off his fees but emergency ward charges suddenly become double from 1000 to 2000 - when asked about it to the receptionist she says I don't know it's the doctor who calculates. Stay away from this fraudulent hospital at all costs please

The worst. We consulted with Dr Andal for my wife's pregnancy. During the scans the predicted day of delivery was March 8. We visited the hospital on the given date and doctor prescribed pills for one more month and sent us. Then she had the heavy pain and bleeding on March 12 morning and we went to the hospital she checked and said it would take more time for delivery. My wife said that the movements of the baby is comparatively less and the doctor can do C section. But the doctor denied and sent us back. On March 14 morning again she had bleeding and went to the hospital the doctor check and said that the baby is dead inside. She was so careless and didn't feel for what happened. She couldn't take the baby out without the help of other doctors from other hospitals. My wife suffered from morning 11 to 5 for normal delivering the baby. She always said that the baby was underweight during the checkup but the baby was 3.9kg. He was so fair with chubby cheeks and dense hair we dreamt of bringing him home with happiness but she made me take him to burial ground with eyes full of tears.

I just met with an accident outside this hospital. My husband rushed me to the hospital ,i was bleeding from leg... before examining me doctor said u hav to take sutures when i denied i asked him to atleast do the dressing. He denied and said i cant do the dressing u go back home and do it. Is this the response u give to a patient? Very bad and pathetic behaviour of all the staff and the doctor.

Their billing is kinda not correct, very expensive way to make money. Beware and say NO to any doctor visit. All the doctors in the hospital will visit and charge Rs1000 per visit. I am truly disappointed with the way this hospital is managed. I have always admitted my elder parents in a good reputed hospital which actually charges very less with all the amenities. This is the finest hospital robbery. The movie "Ramana" must be made from this hospital. If you are admitting anyone here.. i kindly ask you to goto some other hospital.. your bill will be cheaper.

Money minded. One person who calls himself a doctor supposed to be the manager of the place visits patients for no reason and charges Rs 1000.00 per visit. If they extract money like this it's a sin for them

Hospital don't have parking area, housekeep staff and ward boys will follow you for tips, room rent will be high and mosquito problem. Doctors fees will be equal to Apollo hospital and other reputed hospitals in Chennai. If you are inpatient, hospital MD will come and ask you how are you today and charge 1000 rupees per day. Over all please avoid going this Hospital.

Very money minded and unethical. My child had a silencer burn on the leg and so I visited this place. The chief doctor directed us to the plastic surgeon. The visiting doctor was supposed to visit in the evening, but since we visited in the morning, my child was admitted in general ward throughout the day and we were charged heftily. We were expecting to have the burn wound cleaned and dressed, but a scene was created as if it was a surgery. Doctor charges alone were 10,000 and other charges for operation theatre, nursing fees were also charged. No complaints on the treatment, but for a simple silencer burn, I ended up paying around Rs.23,000 including pharmacy charges and review fees. Ward staff right royally demand tips as if its their right. On top of it, the claim was rejected by the insurance company with a clear note that this can be treated within 3 hours max as an outpatient and that the charges are too high. Will never give this place a try.

One of the worst hospital for in-patient service and can not be referred as multi-speciality rather it should be renamed as a nursing home. My overall experience on my recent visit is really worst and I don't have words to express my sufferings. Typical money minded and have no mercy towards patients and their attenders. On 13th June 2022 evening i brought my mother-in-law to get her admitted in the hospital as she got a sudden brain stroke. As soon as we reported she underwent a MRI Scan and then Immediately she was rushed into the ICU for high level treatment where she stayed for 2 days and then she was moved into the room. There was a single nurse for the entire floor and we feel Pity for her because she had to attend almost 10-12 rooms covering the whole floor. We took an AC room and there was no remote control provided for AC. When asked for remote from.the facility management team they asked us to control it manually when needed as they don't have remote for the ACs. You can imagine the condition of the attenders who use to stay with patients, definitely it would have been a nightmare for them to wake up every time for controlling the air condition. After few days treatment she was recovering faster but all of sudden she got a cardiac arrest on the following Saturday afternoon and we immediately informed the nursing station and they started moving her to ICU once again. The ward boys started pushing the bed from 2nd floor to 1st floor where tha ICU was located and it took almost 15 minutes because the wheel of the bed was not functioning due to rust formation and it was struck and unable to move. These beds should have been maintained on a regular basis since we do not know when the emergency may arises for the patients. She was under ventilation support in ICU with no major progress and finally on the Monday morning around 6am (i.e. 20 June 2022) she had her last breath. Hospital staff packed the body and handed over to us to take home and asked us to settle the pending bill after completing the rituals. I went to hospital after a week to settle the bills and I was totally shocked to learn that the total hospital bill was around INR 180000 excluding any medicines and MRI Scans. The total hospitalisation cost were around 3Lakh for 6 days. I met Mr.Rayan for settling the bill and he gave me the draft copy to review the charges and I noticed that they have also charged additional 11000 as room rent for last 2 days when the patient were in ICU. When I asked about this to Mr. Rayan and he argued with us and claiming to us that we were occupying the room for which we need to pay this amount whereas we never occupied the room and we all were waiting outside the ICU. I countered to his claim and asked him to show the CCTV footage, it it is true then he can take the complete amount but he said that they don't hold the backup for more than 5 days of CCTV footage. Later the heated argument happened between me and Mr Rayan and shouted to me by saying that he will consider it as charity (such a worst behaviour from any hospital representative in my experience). I gave him my card to settle the total outstanding and asked him that they should be provide me itemized billing for.all the spending items and should also produce the summary for the same. Still after two.months after so many follow ups am yet to get the summary of the hospitalisation. When asked to the incharge he says that as per hospital policy they are not.suppose to hand over the discharge summary for the deceased patient. Am really surprised to learn this from him and questioned him what difference it makes to get discharged as healthy patient and as dead patient. I still wonder why they don't want to hand over the summary to us. In my opinion is the case is genuine then nothing should stop them to hand it over to the deceased family members. There are lots of questions to ask to the hospital management but I really don't want to get indulge in it and.waste.my time. I know they have no hearts and play with the life of the people and has no end
