Aykunnu Top - Hill Station in Thrissur - Thrissur, India

Fantastic location and calm & quiet temple with nice divine feeling.. Can see entire Thrissur town from the top.. But very hot in summer.. Will visit again in Dec- Jan time.. Ample parking space on the back side..

The view was spectacular the ride to the top is impossible we to push our cycles to the top but it was worth it

Few years back temple on top was covered with many trees and very pleasant place.. Now its getting covered by concretes.. Lost that vibe and pleasant air.. Many trees are cut down in the name of development..

The place is easy to reach.. but the viewing area is actually a temple ..so the premises will be closed and only open from moring till 10 am and 5 pm till 7 pm... these are the temple working time... view is good and nice wind... calm and quiet... you can see surrounding areas very well.. especially now the paddy fields are all green and its a great view...
