If customer is not careful, the policy agreement may not match with what is explained. So, please always verify each detail in policy agreement. Specially, check that the amount payable is one time or annual. Then check how many years it's payable. Then check what is the surrender period, cancellation period. Please note that most insurance policies have 15 days cancellation period. If cancelled in 15 days, customer gets full refund. If not cancelled within 15 days, customer will bear loss of more than 70% of the invested amount.
