Axis Bank Branch - Bank in Kolkata - 24 Paraganas North, India

This bank branch does not exist. I took an Uber to the address given. No one could tell us of any Axis bank at this location. I opened Google maps and asked for directions by walking. It showed I was at the address. While looking around I cam across a young man on a scooter. He asked me for the Axis Bank at the same place. The Axis bank should not provide incorrect address. They should use google maps and try to go tho this fictional branch of the Axis Bank. Then they may realise they need to update and remove branches that do not exist.

They are like scamsters sitting inside banks. Nowadays you cannot even believe bank staff.

My wife's savings account has been frozen. She was asked to visit the Branch with kyc docs. So my wife and I visited the branch on 18th Nov 2022 and submitted all the docs. Till today that is 12 Dec 2022 , her account remains frozen. Visited the branch again and was told it is taking time because there is a huge backlog. Called customer care, who said there was no problem with kyc but profile needs to be updated for which my wife needs to visit the branch. Sent whatsApp to RM asking what to do. No response received. Had a whatsApp chat with customer care and was told that a query has been raised. But no solution until now and account remains frozen. A private bank like Axis Bank treating their customer in such a way is really very disappointing. No accountability whatsoever.

Horrible branch experience. Resembles a railway platform more than a decent banking outlet. The services are worst. More than two weeks for encashment of an FD. Yet no satisfactory feedback to the customers. Believes in non-communication. Not bothered about customers at all. Many a times people do not attend to the customers due to internal meetings held during regular banking hours. Definitely an avoidable place.

Just because they area official partner of KBC doesn't mean they are a customer friendly bank!! Reality Check - worst bank ever ! Govt banks will give you much better n quicker resolutions!! they just don't value the customers if you have a membership or not they don't care!!! They are an expert in making fake promises only to make you run behind them like dogs!!! U cannot find a single person whose work was done at once, especially regarding Debit Cards!! They took decades to respond to our query for debit card only to say that it's in process, it's coming, card design has changed etc etc. One of the staff members only said that looks like theythave to start a protest regarding debit card!!! Another amazing thing is their website/ software doesn't work half of the time, regarding which they are extremely chilled as they can easily escape from half of the work and get rid of the customer saying server problem, site not working what to do etc etc !! God knows what sort of IT team they have that they can't or rather doesn't want to look into the matter that an important site of their company is not working for past 'Three days'!! Our work is still not done coz of their horrible site !! Fed up of running to their branch and "oh! hearing site is not working today "!! It's the worst bank to open an account with !!

Extremely unprofessional and very very bad customer care service ... We had to pay a insurance instalment through the bank during Corona lockdown . They took the cheque of 15000rs and God knows what they did with it .. it has been 2 months no update about the whereabouts of the money .. no one in the bank helping . They are simply not answering calls and are completely unaware about the harassment they are causing my family as we have to go almost every day to the bank to remind them of the issue where they keep us waiting just to say " sabr kijiye kal tak ho Jayega" ... Extremely bad bank service . Never ever go there and IF U HAVE AN ACCOUNT THERE... WELL GET OUT ASAP ...

Had an extremely harrassing experience while trying to do an Aadhar data correction. The lady officer sitting on 1st floor sales and service lounge, counter 7 is an extremely ill behaved, foul mouthed and inconsiderate staff. In this era of cut throat competition and social media coverage, where even the PSU banks are providing flawless customer service, it was a frustrating and bitter experience at Axis bank. We were made to wait over 2 hours, as the officer had 'other works to do', had a heated exchange of words, then mediated by a senior supervisor. However after straining our time and energy, just when our turn came we came to know that there was some system malfunction and we had to come again the next day! It was too much of a coincidence that the office was initially reluctant to work on our case on that day, and publicly rebuked us for coming late by 15 minutes, as she had "other works to do"!! We were guided by UIDAI office in bidhannagar municipality to go there and do the updation. If the central government authority is passing the responsibility to a bank to carry out a function, as a citizen am I supposed to hear from the bank that they have "other works to do" and penalize them by wasting their time and harrassing them?

Frontline workers are harrassed by them during office working hours.Inspite of telling them that not interested to take loan. The customer care executive force me to take loan.
