One of the Bad experience ever Happened..... First tym experience..they directly told ,they can't help us to open account... Evey acc is their personal Things....the Bankers Has no Right to question,but they cross the limit....and they asked to choose other banks..... worst Bank .....their Dealings is So cheap but not all the staff are not rude...I got bad experience from a Male staff rudely

Incompetent!! Irresponsible!! Horrible!! Unprofessional!! These are the adjectives I would use for Axis Bank Mavelikkara Branch and it's employees. If you are reading this, save yourself an unnecessary hassle and instead go to some other bank, who actually values a customer and is customer centric. I hold a priority savings account here at this branch. I reached out to them on 2nd April in order to open a NRE account, they finally started the processing on 14th April; today is 18th May and they are yet to do the needful. In this age of cut throat competition in the financial sector, I have no clue how these branch is surviving. Right from their Branch manager Mr. Libson, to their another head Mr. Naveen and their employee named Mr. Vivek these individuals have zero clue about the process of opening an NRE account. During this period of 1+ month, these folks have messed up my account opening application in such royal ways that one can only laugh and wonder how are they even surviving at this age when customer focus is of utmost priority. These folks mess up the whole thing because of their lack of process knowledge and on top of that they just give you false deadlines and are least bothered to inform a customer on the status, irrespective of they saying" Sir I'll call you back". I have been to their branch 7 times in this course of 1+ months and everytime I was given a false deadline. After these many days, today again after I followed up, i was informed that they won't be able to process the application.. REALLY!!! After wasting more than a month, multiple followups, missed deadlines they tell me that they won't be able to!!!! I am planning to take these incompetent people to consumer court and see that they are rightly dealt with.

Excellent customer service.....

The worst bank in mavelikara. For starting the account they will approach you and make us to take their priority account. They will open it online and collect money immediately. They will tell next day it will be done. But after two days they will tell online server issue. The money will be refunded in 10 working days. We can open the account by form filling. That means our money is with them for 10 days. The ultimate result is that we don't get any account from them but our money is with them. So please don't fell in their trap.

very poor customer service. 45 days im after this bank for withdrawing my money from my account but still couldnt. Even they took amount from my savings account and put it as FD without my knowledge. They dont respond well. staff of mavelikara branch dont know why accounts get blocked, how to unblock it.. They just want To have more customers, trap more into their investments..for that they will come to our house, will keep on calling us. Once we take it they wont even bother to answer our calls.

Worst experience every time. Staffs are changing every time and too much delay for services. I don't want to give any star, but I cannot post this comment without minimum one star

Good facilities and positive environment. Staffs are good and ready to give solutions at the earliest.
