Only the eyes will be satisfied when you see the room. One of the worst hotels I've ever been in. AC makes very loud electrical noice, gates wont open or close efficiently, the staff tried to get inside the room at night even though it was occupied by us. Staff behaviour is also very bad, and they didn't even bother to put the luggage in the room!! Very disappointed!!!!!
Overall good ambient amd hospitality provided throughout our stay.

We booked 3 rooms for day 1 and 2 rooms for day 2 . Rooms were very spacious . Hot availability was quite consistent . Ac had issues and there were power cut issues on day 2 and generator was not that much supporting. Requesting the team to look into this and resolve the issue .thanks .

Hello there, this was my third experience of having a Stay at the Awinco Group. The service was excellent and Rooms were first in class. We really loved the infrastructure and interiors of the hotel.We had a great time Awinco Group team!!
You can not trust this hotel personnels.
I booked three rooms and paid advance also. They simply cancelled the deal by saying that there is an emergency. Now we don't have any shelter for rameshwaram as there are no rooms only. We have three senior , citizens and 3 children with us....
Highly dissatisfied and will not recommend anyone to book this hotel in future.
