Spa was fabulous. Great ambience. The staff from Anito at the reception to Lulu, Lydia and Gracy who did our spa manicures and pedicures were amazing. They have the right technique and equipment and even sterilize their tools. Will definitely be a regular here.
The spa experience was excellent. The deep tissue massage was done really well, better than snip, specially head massage. Small small things could be better - overall experience wise. The corner room may not be best for spa, too much noise of road comes in. The towels can be better quality and can smell nicer :) the shampoo and conditioner can be better quality. Oil can also feel more luxury if it's a litter thicker oil. The steam room, if can be added, is better. Small check-ins with customer about ac and pressure and if they have a tough spot to address in massage. All these small small things add up :) just a small feedback based on my frequent experience at snip
Great place!! It was my first time getting a massage so I was a little hesitant at first. Noticing this, the masseuse made sure I was extra comfortable and checked with me before trying anything new. I also appreciated the group discount and the great customer service at the front. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to everyone to try! Especially if it's your first time!!
Visited this spa for head,neck and back massage. Excellent service and very therapeutic experience. Gracy is very skilled and trained therapist for back and neck. Must visit experience at Panjim Goa
Really loved the service and hospitality also provided here. Mr. Jojo was very skilled at his hairdressing job and even gave lovely suggestions to modify the hairstyle. The vibe of the place is also pleasant and calm which I loved the most :)
