I visited the restaurant for an invitation today. Time suggested to us was 12:30 to 14:30. It was a buffet, but around 13:15 when the people went for lunch at that time majority of the food items was not available in the food counters and on asking the attendent they told blatantly, it would going to take a good amount of time to refill. Apart from that there was very less space to sit and dine, majority of the persons had to stand to eat their food. It's quite difficult to stand and eat based on type of bengali cusine getting served. If there was a lack of space and attendend then they could've served food in batches to people instead of going for a buffet.

It is located on main road in IA Block opposite Stadium gate no 1. Their Bengali thali is quite good and affordable. Food was tasty and it was like home made bengali dish without much oil or spice. Their Chinese cuisine is very good, tasty. Good restaurant. Highly recommend.
A very good decently priced restaurant to grab some good bengali dishes. All the fish items were quite tasty. It's worth giving it a try if you are in the Salt Lake area in Kolkata.

The food is great. The ambiance is great. It's a cool and calm place to hang out with your near and dear friends. I tried the Bengali cuisine( Fish thali). The food is great but the quantity as compared to the price is quite less. The food is served warm just like home and the taste is great.
Excellent Bengali and Chinese food, I have compared the price list with places like celebration in HA Block and Zest Restora for Chinese and Charnocks and Bhojo hari manna , the prices are considerably cheap and the taste really goes with the name of the restaurant "Awesome". I have become a very often eater at this Reataurant. Love the fast service and hot and tasty veg thali , chicken jhol Or mutton curry with the katla jhol is splendid. The Misti Doi is magnificent, it's white Sweet Doi in comparable with Nokur or Subodh brothers from Maniktala. Will surely like to refer the restaurant to all my friends and families.
