Awas Beach - Public beach in Awas - Raigad, India

Serene beach. Beautifull. One of the best sunset experience in Alibag area. Mumbai sky risers are visible in the north. Not crowds at all. It gets a bit lonely soon after the sunset. There are no shacks, no shops, no vendors.

Nice beach that is not crowded and commercialised like the other Alibaug beaches. Come here during sunset and have a leisurely stroll on the sands as you watch the sunset.

One of my favorite beach..My hometown.. Peaceful, clean and well maintained. No food stall near this location... Because of that it is clean. We villager's request all tourists and visitors to cooperate with us...To maintain cleanliness of these beach. This is really beautiful place for your weekend.

Road to access the beach is a little poor but scenic as it meanders through the small villages with nice views of the beach and nature. Beach has beautiful views, long, calm, clean & quiet beach with very few people who visit. A good seating area is available to sit and enjoy the sunrise or sunset.
