Best place to hang out for the locals! I recently visited Qamaria park Duderhama, located in the heart of Ganderbal district, besides the famous River Sindh. Overall, I found it to be a wonderful experience and a great way to escape the hustle and bustle of the city. First of all, the location is fantastic. It's easy to find local transport to reach there. Additionally, there is plenty of parking nearby for those who prefer to drive. This has a vast array of amenities to cater to visitors of all ages. There is playgrounds for children, and several picnic areas that provide ample space for families and groups to enjoy a meal or snack. The park also has many walking trails, perfect for those looking for a scenic stroll. In terms of cleanliness, this park is incredibly well-maintained. The paths and trails are clean and free of debris, however the restrooms were untidy and not well maintained. This Park can be quite crowded, especially on weekends. However, there are still plenty of secluded spots within the park where visitors can find some peace and quiet. Overall, I highly recommend a visit to a Qamaria Park. It's a beautiful place worth spending some time.
Outdoor activities are every person's fantasy though I must admit that humans are often limited by finances and that's why some of us don't make frequent visits to places like amusement parks. This has also been my position for quite a long time. If I can recall, the last time that we visited such a place together as a family was 4 years when I was 9. Not that my parents were much busy, but we were constrained by lack of money; that is what happens when you live a hand-to-mouth lifestyle. With the mortgage and other bills mounting pressure on us, there was little that I could expect. Therefore, last spring when my dad broke the news that he had some substantial savings to enable us go for a family tour during summer, my kid sister and I were more than excited. I now had the opportunity to be like other boys- have some summer memories to share back at school. This meant that I had to carefully do my maths and prepare adequately for the whole expedition, despite the fact that dad didn't' disclose the exact place that we would go holidaying. For mum, she didn't see anything to be excited at all. I wish I knew why, but maybe life had disappointed her because at times she acted as if depressed. Maybe the expectations she had about my dad didn't materialize but she wouldn't quit because of us. Whatever the reason was, I wouldn't be happy if she decided not to go with us. Whatever her lame excusewould be, I was set to fight it. Anyway, the good news, was that we would be finally going for a vacation; he bad, I didn't have a camera to capture all those fun moments and I wasn't sure dad would spend a dime to hire one.
It's so nice park, anyone can enter as the entry to this park is free... It has a diversity of plants and flowers. River sindh is flowing from one side of the park and it's view is so Beautiful.I will give it 4 stars out of 5 it could be little more better.
It is a beautiful park in ganderbal. It is located near mini secretariat ganderbal. There is a river flowing on one side of the park. Also there is a degree college and. Higher secondary school near this park.it is a wonderful place for children as well as there are see saw and other sliding tools there.
Concern was the missing swings in the kids' play area. Swings are often a highlight for children, and their absence left a noticeable void. Furthermore, I noticed that some of the rides were broken or in need of repair. This was disappointing for children who were looking forward to enjoying these attractions. It is crucial for the park's management to prioritize regular inspections and maintenance of the rides to ensure they are safe and operational.
The environment is good
The trees are shaped in round which is a special senery here. A good place to visit.
