Surprisingly good . The female reception person was helpful and informative.. food was good but a bit too for spicy for kid's.. breakfast was good. Surprised to see such a nice place down there..

I have stayed twice for a duration of more than a week on each visit. It was a great experience in particular the response & attitude of staff, room service, Housekeeping and Laundry service. Complementary breakfast with variety of items especially south Indian dishes. Multicuisine food with affordable rates. A cool & collected bar on the ground floor with unquestionable flavors will be an ideal & exquisite place for people appreciate the peaceful ambiance. Overall I had a great time.

Everything is very nice here, the ambience is fab. Food served was also delicious and hygienic. The staff was also very cooperative. Don't worry u won't regret the experience.... Except for the fact the AC wasn't working properly.

Super hotel ! Nous n'avons pas tester les chambres mais le restaurant est de qualite. Il y a beaucoup de choix sur le menu et les portions sont importantes. Le service est formidable avec une gentillesse incroyable du personnel ! Encore merci a Vincent pour son accueil et son professionnalisme ! De meme pour le barman ! En revanche, la piscine n'etait pas tres propre (eau verdatre) lorsque nous y sommes alles... dommage mais je recommande tout de meme :)

Every thing was Ok. Cleanliness and service is good. Good cafeteria ...items are of reasonable rate. The attenders are very friendly and polite...Especially the guy I met - Vincent Thomas. Near to Karaikal beach and park. Parking also available. Totally good place to stay with family and Kids.

We had a pleasant stay at AVS imperia. The rooms were very spacious. Good hygiene is maintained in the hotel. The staff at the reception, restaurant, everyone were very cordial and took extra care in catering to every need of the guest.

We have arranged Betrothal function on sept 17 and the hall was grandeur with high class maintenance. Very neat and clean lobby with good staff support. Food and services are really great.

When we arrived, there was no bell boy available to unload and help with our baggages. We had to carry them ourselves to the check in counter. Check in process took longer maybe due to us arriving before 2pm, which is excusable. However, when we got our key, still no bell boy to help with the bags. Then finally they made appearance buy I was too pissed so i refused their service and took our bags up by ourselves to the rooms. Horrible attitude. Rooms are big but dated, needs to be updated. The bathroom needs thorough cleaning, rusty fixings and bad drainage ruins the experience. When arrived was given only 1 towel per room although rooms were booked for 2 pax each, had to request for towels and wait more than 30 minutes to get them. Wifi only works well in the lobby, in the room wifi connection is erratic and unusable. Service by staff is poor, felt like i was left arguing with them instead of them helping me solve the issue. Restaurant food was tasty however the service is bad, only one working server while the others just loiter around, food ordered did not come out at the same time when they clearly forgot one of the dishes, all of us finished our meal and had to wait for the last meal to be served leaving on person hungry. Hot milk served in small pot and paper cup instead of glass or ceramic cup. When i requested for proper cup i was told they only serve in paper cups for hot beverages, which is absurd since this is a hotel restaurant not a road side stall. Apparently this is the best establishment in Karaikal, thank god only spent one night here. Not recommended.
