AVS Herbal Garden Kottakkal - Botanical garden in Kottakkal - Malappuram, India

It is the first time I came here and unfortunately, I had little time before it closed. But I liked it. There is no entrance fee.

Nice collection of herbs. An exhibition cum conservation garden of 6 acres containing 1100 species are maintained to see and study medicinal plants.

Its a neatly maintained garden of all sort of medicinal plants.Public entry is restricted without permission. In my school days we have visited it twice as students. All plants and herbs are sorted and named legibly. One who interested in botany and ayurveda will be in heaven. Tranquility of this place is exceptional in the midst of heavy traffic on the road outside.

Very good natural plantations by AVS kottakkal. Here we can understand about medicinal plants and its uses. it is clearly reachable in normal traffic. it has a more size. if you need to know about Ayurveda and medical plants visit there.

AVS Herbal garden situated near the State highway, easy to access . This garden is a treasure box of immense herbal trees , which can cure most of the diseases. This place gives solace to everybody when they steps in and can return with a pleasant mind and body

A place yo learn more about Medicinal plants. The place is undertaken by Arya Vaidya sala kottakkal. I think name boards and information boards must be re installed.
