I had a very comfortable experience from here during the visit. Dr. Vani abbas is incredible. Not only has she taken great care of my health, but also she is lovely to speak with at every appointment. the hospital was good in all the aspects like in quality of treatment and cleanliness. The nursing and admission desk staff is extremely calm, friendly and respectful. And takes care of all the requirements carefully. Sincere thanks to doctors and staff.

The worst hospital ever., i consulted a doctor called geetha here, and experienced very bad behaviour from her. Patients need to feel safe and comfortable with doctors, but here, she was so arrogant to us, didnt even listen to what we have to say and when we were sharing our concerns , she continued to ridicule them. Please dont go here unless you want to pay for insults.

My experience with AVM hospital has been great..the staff and doctors are very polite,soft spoken and expert in their work...I have been trying for baby from quite a time and in the first consultation here a got postive result...iam very grateful to all the staff and doctors of Avm hospital and will recommend it to everyone..

Poor service, they will make you pay first and then will give you 100 excuse for not giving proper results. For any type of covid test, better to find another hospital. They won't give you result on time but will give you nice bills before time.

Good service and caring staff. The hospital will charge you extra even if you have insurance card, and they won't give bill for that payment. They won't tell you anything about these extra payment till you come for admit. Then they will force you to pay that amount.

Good Staff and Service. But the management will charge you high for everything. They will charge you extra even if you have KASP insurance card. For a new born baby they ask you pay an amount in advance and they don't give bill or any explanation.

I had an underwhelming experience one time visiting this hospital with my wife. To begin with, the staff isn't at all helpful and knowledgeable. At the bill counter the receptionist and accountant struggled to calculate my bill amount ie. 322 rupees, and stood my wife up for around 30 minutes while people were literally waiting for their turn in the pandemic situation. The facilities aren't at all up to the mark where the consultation room was congested and waiting area barely has 8 chairs while majority of people were standing outside the hospital on the road. Never again going to this hospital. On that note, Nilambur urgently need a multi speciality hospital with good infrastructure and treatment facilities. Hoping someday soon!
