Was here due to chest pain and for angiogram for my father. Was admitted here for two days. Good service. All expenses were covered under insurance and the hospital did not ask for advance payments. Doctors were all very helpful and courteous. Hospital is well maintained and clean. Surrounding view odlf the hospital is scenic. Cafeteria has good options for food at reasonable price.

Good service. And good coordination. Dr Jose John sir has done good job. And very supportive person . My son is perfectly allright. And his coordinator mrs. Aparna also very helpfull to us and doing great job . She is dedicated staff in this hospital

We came here for my father's surgery. At first we were a little scared to come here, that we common people can't afford but consultant Aparna and Bharath Kumar sir helped us to reduce the charge and they recommend to free ward . Doctor John Jose he is the perfect doctor,Looked at my father like his own son . After surgery he explained everything to us with photos . We never experience like this . Nurses also care like an angel. Last but not least security brother ( forgot his name ) gave proper direction to us and his behaviour makes us a stress relief .

First thing first, this hospital has a world class infrastructure. I think it is a gem of Palakkad. Of course if one is expected to experience it, they would have to shell out a bit. The nurses and hospital staff are trained well and answer you with a smile. I brought my parent on an emergency. Everything was done step by step (keeping me informed) assessment, review, admission process, insurance if available, admission, final doctor review. There is lot of parking space provided as well. To add to this is the picturesque setting, you get an amazing view of the Nelliyampathy forest.

My wife was treated here for pregnancy. Doctors were excellent and quite friendly. Infrastructure is good, canteen is good, all other facilities were good except for the nursing staff there. And thats why only 3 stars as rating. One of the nursing staff initially refused to attend at night when we were finding it difficult to stop her from crying for lame reasons of her own. Although she apologized the next day, what happened was quite wrong and un-professional. The nursing staff needs to improve their hospitality or they will have to learn it the harsh way

Best hospital in palakkad right now, # cleanest # safest # good nurse and staff, very humble and good behaviour # many departments and large pool of very good doctors # very fast service # Good pharmacy and fast medicine delivery # Best health check up service, i went for full check up, went at 0745 and before 1100 it was over, nurse will take you personally to all departments. 100 times better than thangam, malabar, palana and other hospitals in palakkad, its 100 time cleanest also, hospital should be very clean for the health of patients and visitors but mostly other private hospital in palakkad is dirty like some government hospital. # Good mess and canteen atleast this hospital has some good canteen with neat and clean eating space and good food, hospital like thangam have food like given in jail , low cost ration rice # only negative point is the location, why is it located in a village, far away from palakkad town and other places is a mystery. But still thats fine, we can manage travel.

It was a great experience. One of those hospitals, which actually cares for their patients and provides the best-in-class hospitality and of course the treatment! Amazing facilities available even for the general ward patients. Excellent medical facilities and services. All staff members were very humble and helpfull. Thankyou

I'm happy to share my pleasant experience with Avitis Hospital.I was literally like their care and support from the hospital staffs and the Coordinator Sanka, Even she help us to give moral support while we go outside and take care of my father without my presence, She was so helpful and kind to arrange all our treatment schedule and hospital service from Avitis Hospital.
