Avitis Clinic - Hospital in Vadakkencherry - Palakkad, India

On my most recent visit, I arrived early for my appointment. I checked in with the receptionist, and she told me to have a seat. I waited for over an hour, and I was never called back. I finally went up to the receptionist to ask about my appointment.They didn't take any next steps to consult the doctor and they didn't even know my name on their list .I am very disappointed with the reception staffs at they are irresponsible, dismissive, and unhelpful.

Everything is good except the receptionist staff . They aren't capable of handling patients.

Irresponsible behaviour from the reception staff's

I had not a good experience. What I experienced (1) Clinic reception informed me that all people came for consultation must have N95 mask or two nos cloth mask must or two nos of surgical mask, otherwise consultation will not be possible. (2) During doctor consultation time they only allowed patient in doctor room. After that they calls stand by person and explained. It find that difficult for older and kids to manage such situation. (3) I struggled a lot gor getting Doctor prescription in clinic format. (4) Clinic software is not working for a prescription printing Bad experience

Very bad experience.. Taking 2 days (50+ hours) for RTPCR Test result. How people can travel somewhere with only less than 15 hours remaining for the validity of the test result. When i called them for the result update, staff who attended the call behaved very badly. (call time around 8:00 PM, 05-May-2021). Got very good experience from Avitis before this. But this is bad

It's more like a place they try to get you to go to their doctors ( specialists) by giving you referral , trying to make money while not treating you for the sickness properly which you went there for.

It was really good with their treatment and facilities ..good communication skill with reception boy who cared everyone with utmost priority .....neat clean and good Dr ....
