VERYYYYYYYYYYYY GOOD FOOD The caretaker of the property is soooooo kind and very nice. The location is amazing and you can Kayak in the beautiful backwaters without anyone bugging you. The beach is very private and the room has a beautiful scenery. AMAZING PLACE. :D

Everything about this place is awesome, location, Food ( homemade traditional) and service. Enjoyed the most beautiful sunset on the sea and also a beautiful sunrise on the backwaters. Caretaker Henry is very humble and kind. We travelled with our 9-month-old and it was a very present stay.

We had a fantastic stay at Avisa. The room was comfortable. The view is breathtaking, with the sea on one side and the backwaters on the other side. Food was good and so was the service.

Awesome awesome place. Food - very good food and home made. Place - Located right in front of the beach and just behind the place is the backwaters. A complete wholesome enchanting place.

Lovely location, neat rooms, relaxed ambience with hammocks and sit outs. The homely food was super delicious and the staff, very courteous and attentive. Loved the clean beach, the little cabin on the beach and the fact that you can cycle on the scenic road that runs along the backwaters. You have the sea on one side and the backwaters on the other. A few minutes away, you could catch a boat cruise and enjoy the calm and scenic beauty of the backwaters. Would definitely visit Avisa more often.

An unforgettable experience of staying here. Excellent place sandwiched by the back water and the sea. Great hospitality by the caretaker who has excellent stories to narrate. Loved the real Malabar coast charm presented with home like comfort. The place kindles imagination and seems so full of promise.
