One of our favourite fish curry thali joints. Very under rated. One can see only regular locals visiting this place for some amazing fresh fish and other dishes, too.

Good seafood restaurant. Restaurant looks average but they the seafood dishes are great. Food was good, some were average. Liked their Recheado Mackerel, Kingfish Fry. Indo-Chinese dishes were average. Didn't like Bombay Duck. Service was good as well. Pricing of the dishes are okay for what they offer.
Food is no doubt good but I would highly recommend not to visit here if you're not a local as they might even take an hour to serve you even an order for starters, if you're looking to dine here then be ready for hours to spend just waiting for your orders.
Say "Rice Plate" and what you get is probably the BEST fish curry-rice in Goa. In fact, Each and EVERY thing listed on the menu is a gem - no ok, no average, no medium, the BEST is all this place serves. Been eating here for 15 years whenever on holiday in Goa and never been disappointed. Have recommended Avinay to countless friends and never heard a complaint, in fact these friends also become regulars. Quantity has gone down over the years and there's not much of an Ambience to talk about. The single-pot toilet gets overwhelmed very easily. Come here for the food... And you'll keep coming back. Prices very reasonable.
Food is good , expect longer wait times for your order , takes 45mins for thali and 20 mins for lemonade during lunch time

Nice place for fish thali. The fish served in the thali was nice. Also the prawns goan masala was also good with nice juicy prawns. Decent place to come for lunch and have a beer along with your meal.
