Mechanic ar good...But Customer entertainment kya liya kuch nahi ha... Customer Bathroom Condition Very Bad not Clean. AC fitted but AC Not working... Customer lounge. Chair sofa sets Borken Condition.. Customer Entertainment kya liya kuch nahi haa...Mechanic Work Very Good.

Service cost most high. Pushing business by Hero - even normal service charges they are add Chain wash, Foam wash then for what Services charges taken 400-500/- ??? Why plus foma wash and Chain wash. All staff behaviour good and friendly

The service staff shall be very very polite while making JOB CARD and estimated cost of service,afterthat they will call you and said....this part is damages,that part is of no use and so on,then they insist you to replace those parts and it's totally fake informations they use to provide the customer by pressing the throat of customers weekness over his/her vehicle and charge a huge amount which will be far far away from their estimated cost during booking for service.Most disgusting service engineers n mechanics top,they all are in same boat. If there is any option for negetive rating,then I must rate that only

There is very less showroom in asansol of HERO BIKES They may force u to book order as well as purchasing high value of insurance from the regular and needed one If u go there and ask fr a quotation They never provide Thats the problem Bike service rating is also below average Total mean is that It is running only bcz of no other shwroom present here from ningha to chitra more In chitra a new shwroom is opened Sharma shwroom U can also checkout there Bt if i have to buy one bike from hero I will buy from Jamuria Good behaviour Excellent service Etc

It's the biggest service centre for hero bikes. Sales and service both are standard and upto the mark. They have customer lobby for waiting. However the process is bit confusing and you might not be able to spell out problem to the service person as you are not aware who is going to fix your vehicle.
