Dr. Suman is very nice and gentle doctor. His behaviour was always support me. I know him last 7-8 yrs. Till now a days I meat lots of pediatrician but according to my view he is very best for my daughter. Thank you sir.
Dr Suman sir paediatrician is very good and treatment is nice. But when I took appointment for my elder daughter at 7pm one lady doctor she treated the patient nearly 10:15pm it's too late, and staff are irresponsible to answer to attenders, staff are not worth to this hospital
We recently moved to Boduppal and my baby suffered from pneumonia And we got the treatment from AVI Hospital which is not satisfied cause when we visit to doctor twice doctor said it will cured with in 2 days and we revisited again and doctor said the same again. But we are afraid of my baby coz he is suffering from high fever specially in the midnight. Same has been informed to doctor but same response from doctor. With this delay infection got worst,,,he got admitted in another hospital now he is fine
Best and friendly Doctor I have come across in these day's. Most importantly his hands has healing power. charges are nominal, everyone can afford the price.He listen to problems with patience and he has good sense of humour.
Today I visited the hospital for follow up, they mentioned 7 days consultation free for follow up, I have gone exactly on the 7th day still they charged the consultation fee. On first visit prescription was given for 6 days obviously one will go for follow up after prescription is finished. They calculate the first day of consultation as day 1 and you will be given 6 days actually but it is clearly mentioned on the prescription that valid for 7 days or 2nd visit which ever is prior. Problem is not for paying Rs. 300 but one will psychologically visit hospital thinking that the follow up is free. They don't even consider 1 day and ask you to talk to doctor. Receptionist and work staff behavior is not good. Dr. Suman is very good doctor, have visited the hospital after my friend has suggest about the doctor. And my son is doing good after visiting the hospital. Thanks to the doctor for the treatment. Please consider 7 days follow up as it is mentioned on the prescription and not 6 days which is not right (exclude day 1 of first consultation from calculation) or put 6 days only on the prescription instead of 7 to avoid confusion. 4 star because of the treatment/doctor. 1 down for staff being rude.
Doctor is very good, humble and very much experience I am visiting Doctor Suman since last 2.5 years The receptionist sitting evening time is very arrogant and always argues with the patents I have also informed doctor about her behaviour 7months ago To my surprise no change in her behaviour I saw And recently again she started arguing with me even after requesting her about my child emergency visit (my daughter is 2.9 years old she fell on the soft got hurt on her fire head - and got swelling and blood got cloth -which is obvious emergency for my child ) But my surprise this time I was charged more money and the way Doctor spoke to me I understand that he was supporting to the receptionist and indirectly made me feel that sorry and trying to prove me as wrong I never expected this sir
Easy to book appointment, well behaved staff and appointments are on time. Biggest factor is Dr. Suman , I have 2 kids and have been meeting Dr. Suman for last 9 years for my kids, he subscribes tests only if needed, gives a lot of support & peace of mind. Outstanding professionalism & hospitality.
From the day my son is born till today if he has any problem, I could not trust any doctor otherthan Dr suman. His patience his experience his expertise are excellent . As a doctor myself as a father how can I depend on other than the no 1 for my kid. Thank you so much dr suman for always being there when ever we needed your expertise for my son .
