En soit ce n'est pas un mauvais hotel c'est meme plutot confortable. Mais c'est insupportable qu'ils poussent a la consommation ainsi. Ils interdisent toutes consommations qui viennent de l'exterieur et nous forcent a acheter des bouteilles chez eux tous les jours (qui sont au double du prix). Mais si l'on est dehors, on ne va pas jeter ses boissons et gateaux avant d'entrer! Et puis le gerant n'est pas aimable du tout. Les chambres sont un peu sales, le menu dans ma chambre etait moisi et les draps avaient de nombreuses taches.

Very nice hotel. Our room was little small but it was very clean and well furnished. The behaviour of all the staff are very helpful and excellent, specially Md Sayeed provided us excellent services and response to any of our queries. The service is very quick and a phone call away. The food was very tasty. Overall very good experience and a comfortable stay. Must recommend hotel.

My experience was very bad with this hotel. I and my brother stayed there for one night and we had to face a big issue. The lock of the bathroom was not functioning properly. We went to see a match and told them about the issue. When we returned they said us the issue was resolved. Being tired we didn't check and went to sleep. In the morning we noticed that the problem hadn't been resolved. During checkout we said the mam at the reception about the issue but she didn't care and told us that it was not her fault. In breakfast , they give you some options and tell you to choose only two . This should be mentioned while booking. Food was average. Overall really bad experience.

The housekeeping wasn't all that great but I'm sure they will work to improve on it. I really like the receptionist- her name was Anasuya. Such a great girl with a friendly and welcoming personality. She made me feel really welcome despite my short stay. Wishing her all the best!

I stayed there for 4 days everything was good. Room was nice not too big not too small, ac was not cooling much and ceiling fan is missing, bathroom was good. The location is good everything is nearby. Service was good. The receptionist was very good I don't know her name. Definitely recommended.

I had a bad experience in this hotel especially with receptionists. This review is also coz of receptionists. I have to come to reception and ask what I was required for the room and even though after asking 2 to 3 times they didn't provided me what I have asked facility. But finally i have to call and speak to manager to get what was required. Bathroom was not at all good bad smell was throughout bathroom and rooms must have air freshener. Regarding food, we can't bring outside food I can understand but for birthday celebration also they won't allow cake inside building. There are some changes which hotel management needs to have a look on...

everything is fine, too much different from point a problem but too many bed sheets were stained limited TV channels no proper music channels no proper movie channels.. and the ar room is very small When I asked the H.K boy of the hotel He said to me why the room is so small sir every room of ours is so small no property amenities.but of the think front office to lady is very good hospitality. thank you very much very good hospitality.If I go to this hotel again I will go for those two lady their behavior is very good ..!!

The' hotel is located in a very beautiful place, the hotel room and service are all good and perfect.. He who stays at the reception can manage well with everyone good
