The communication with the trainer is really good. The equipments in the gym are new so you will have good experience with them despite of this the machines are comparatively less but enough to hit all body parts. The environment in the gym is good not very crowded. Overall the gym is very good for those who are stating their training as beginner or from absolute zero level. So you sould have at least one visit hear

Sir has very good knowledge. If we do gym in the wrong way, then tell us immediately in which way you have to correct good knowledge and atmosphere is good and instrument is best.
