Good Room near palolem beach. Car parking available at Guest house. Good staff. Need to improve few things on S3 room. - tap leaking - no shower - tv not working

Such well maintained rooms at an affordable price. They did not charge extra for our pets + very close to palolem beach which is a plus point

Rooms are very clean, very good location very nearly from palolem beach. Very good garden staff are very helpful, room cost is effortable.

It's great place to stay .good rooms with garden. Staff was too good .so quite and good to relax.

We had a very wonderful stay at Avelina Gust house at Palolem . It is just a minute away from the beach. The rooms are spacious & clean , the bathroom was big and well maintained. The Staffs were very polite & helpful . Breakfast was fantastic, and the Manager/ Patron Mr Feny Miranda was very helpful in all aspects starting from Booking , & through out our stay . Will surely come again

Very nice place to stay, Breakfast is excellent served hot and fresh We were six people and booked 2 rooms a month back n needed one more they provided us with best rooms even at at the last moment... Rooms are clean and well maintained. Owner of the place Mr Femmy is very courteous and very helpful.... If you are planning to stay in South Goa no best place then Avelina Thank you for making our stay so memorable

Excellent Rooms, Staff , Food , Service , Location everything. Owner are very genuine person. Staff Manager Amit and their team are too much hard work for giving service to Customers Very appreciating...Really So much happy after 2 days of stay. Walkable distance from Paloleam beach.

It was a nice & comfortable stay. The caretaker was nice enough to offer us a room before our check-in time. It's nearby beach and surrounded by cafes. I would recommend a stay here.
